The Chief of Police of Shiloh and one of his officers were honored by the Shiloh Mayor and Council during the board’s regular meeting held on June 2. The Mayor and Council presented Chief Wayne Cato and Officer Roy Harper with Commendations for saving the life of a teenager severly injured in an accident on May 10.

Early Voting Ends Tomorrow

Sharita Trice, Chairperson and Elections Supervisor of the Talbot County Board of Elections and Registration, announced Advanced Voting for the General Primary Run-Off Election will end tomorrow (Friday, June 12. Advanced Voting began on Monday, June 8 is being held at the Election Office located at 1761 Geneva Highway in Talbotton.

Early Voting Ends Tomorrow for Runoff

Patty Threadgill, Election Supervisor of the Meriwether County Board of Elections, announced that Advanced Voting will end tomorrow (Friday, June 12) for the General Primary Run-Off Election. Advanced Voting will be held at the Meriwether County Board of Elections and Registration office located at 756 Woodbury Highway, Suite B in Greenville on Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.
