“The America 250 Block Party is exactly what a small-town celebration should be—neighbors visiting with neighbors, children laughing and playing, great food, music and a chance to celebrate our country’s history together,” said Julie Porter, a member of the Pine Mountain America 250 Committee and owner of Dakota’s Counter. “Whether you’re coming for the music, the apple pie contest, the water slide or simply to spend time with family and friends, we invite everyone to come downtown on July 3 and celebrate what makes Pine Mountain such a special community.”
