Warner Robins Knights of Columbus holds first responders lunch honoring hometown heroes

Houston County leadership and first responders came together Saturday in honor.

WARNER ROBINS — First responders, families, and government officials gathered Saturday morning for an annual luncheon honoring first responders at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. 

In total, 13 public servants from agencies across Houston County were recognized, including police and fire from each city, county fire and sheriff’s office, Robins Air Force Base, and Emory Healthcare EMS.

The event was organized by the Sacred Heart Assembly 179 of the Knights of Columbus, and held each year in memory of its founder, Walter A. Corley, Jr.

Honorees included:

  • Kimberly Houck – Warner Robins Police Department
  • Jeremy Kirk – Warner Robins Fire Department
  • Tavyonne King – Centerville Police Department
  • Andrew Schuler – Centerville Fire Department
  • Maxwell Webster – Perry Police Department
  • Timothy Jones – Perry Fire Department
  • TSgt. Gregory Engle – Robins AFB 78th Security Forces
  • Arthur Wise – Robins AFB Fire and Emergency Service
  • Garrett Painter – Houston County Sheriff’s Office
  • Chandler Dean – Houston County Fire Department
  • Shawn Dixon – Emory Healthcare EMS
  • Caitlyn Campbell – Houston County E-911 Center
  • Rachel Iverson – Georgia State Patrol Post 15
