One of Harris County’s most unique events, American Frontier Days returns to F.D. Roosevelt State Park on Saturday and Sunday, March 8-9.

Displaying how explorers and settlers lived in the mid-1700s to late 1800s, area historians and participants provide a living history featuring period correct tents, cooking over open fires, tomahawk throwing contests, and various demonstrations.
