WRPD arrests man for stabbing
On Sunday at 9:16 a.m., officers with the Warner Robins Police Department were dispatched to Forrester Dr. in reference to a male who suffered a stab wound.
The male victim, Ryan Eric Ellis, 50, was transported to Navicent Health where he was being treated for his injuries, which Staff Reports
On Sunday at 9:16 a.m., officers with the Warner Robins Police Department were dispatched to Forrester Dr. in reference to a male who suffered a stab wound.
The male victim, Ryan Eric Ellis, 50, was transported to Navicent Health where he was being treated for his injuries, which were not life threatening.
Preliminary information is Ellis was involved in a physical altercation with another male, Corey Dwayne Jenkins, 46, around 2:00 a.m. in the area of Watson Blvd. and Meadowdale Drive.
During the altercation, Ellis was stabbed. Ellis did not immediately seek medical attention, but is expected to recover from his injuries. The motive for the altercation is still under investigation.
