Warner Robins High School threat under investigation

At this time, students and staff are safe, the Sheriff’s Office said.

WARNER ROBINS — The Houston County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to avoid the area of Warner Robins High School due to a threat called into the school on Monday. 

As of Monday at noon, HCSO is on scene and working closely with school administrators and staff. At this time, all students, faculty, and staff are safe, and established security protocols are being followed, according to a Facebook post by the HCSO.

The Houston County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division is actively investigating and working to identify the source of the call. 

Sheriff Matt Moulton said student, faculty and staff safety remains their highest priority.
