Taste testing in Perry

kriner@sunmulti.com

Nearly 400 people enjoyed all the different tastes from

around Perry Thursday.

The Perry Area Chamber of Commerce held the Taste Of Perry

at the Georgia National Fair Grounds. The event gave guests a chance to try

samplings from many different restaurants around Perry.

There were about 20 vendors serving up their special dishes

to those ready to taste test. Rusty’s Downtown Grill had their all-famous Jimmy’s

salad, Red Lobster was sharing their cheese biscuits and all kinds of delicious

desserts could be found.

More than 100 pieces of art were auctioned off during the

live auction and the newly formed Chamber Chairman’s Club was honored at the

event.
