Stalkers among recently indicted

Four accused stalkers were among the offenders who were recently indicted by Houston County Grand Jurors.

Perry resident, 49-year-old Randall Lee Maglothlin, was indicted with the offense of Aggravated Stalking for an incident that took place on or about December 24, 2019. In violation of a conditional bond, the accused did unlawfully contact Evie Maglothin telephonically without the consent of said victim for the purpose of harassing and intimidating her. Randall Maglothlin called the victim numerous times and left a harassing voicemail.

One count of Aggravated Stalking was charged to Ronnie Alton Taylor, age 47, of Hawkinsville, for actions that he is accused of carrying out on or about February 3, 2020. In violation to a conditional bond, Taylor did unlawfully contact Michelle Gennaria without her consent for the purpose of harassing and intimidating said victim. In addition, Taylor received one count of Giving False Information to a Law Enforcement Officer when he gave a false name (Kevin Taylor) to Thomas Lee, a law enforcement officer in the lawful discharge of his official duties with the intent to mislead the officer as to the identity of the accused.

David Stephen Hogg, a 40-year-old resident of Warner Robins was indicted with one count of Aggravated Stalking. On or about June 14, 2019, in violation of a protective order, he unlawfully made contact with Jessica Hogg by sending cell phone text messages without the consent of said victim for the purpose of harassing and intimidating her.

Warner Robins resident, Nathan Tyler Johnson was indicted on one count of Criminal Damage to Property in the Second Degree for intentionally damaging a Jeep Wrangler and a Ford Fusion on or about January 1, 2020. These were the properties of Cassidy Banks and David Matthews, and the damage—scratching its surface and breaking a fog light, exceeding $500—was done without the owners’ consent. An indictment with the offense of Aggravated Stalking was also passed to Johnson. On or about February 9, 2019, in violation of a condition of bond, the accused unlawfully contacted Cassidy Banks without her consent for the purpose of harassing and intimidating the victim. Finally, Johnson was indicted with a count of Criminal Trespass for actions that also took place on or about February 9, 2019 when he intentionally damaged a 2018 Nissan Murano, the property of Cassidy Banks, without her consent by striking the side view mirror with damage being $500 or less.
