Shooting on Hartley Ave. leads to two injured, crash

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — A shooting on Monday night led to two injured, according to the Warner Robins Police Department.

In a release, the police department said officers responded around 6:15 p.m. on May 8 to shots fired at 1319 Hartley Avenue, where two parties involved ultimately fled the scene.

Two victims have been identified in the shooting: a 23-year-old with a gunshot wound to the upper left chest and right leg and a 26-year old male with a gunshot wound to his left temple and abdominal area.

The 23-year-old arrived in a silver Honda to Houston Healthcare – Warner Robins. The 26-year-old left the scene in a blue Toyota Camry, and later was in a crash on Jones Place near S. Pleasant Hill Road.

The 26-year-old was transported to Atrium Health Navicent in Macon. Both parties were alert, conscious, and breathing without aid.
