Multiple people charged with burglary, stalking

A Houston County grand jury returned two indictments on Eric Arnold Tuesday, July 24, 2018.

The State of Georgia and County of Houston accused Arnold with burglary in the second degree and criminal trespass. Arnold was charged with unlawfully and with the intent to commit theft by entering a building located at 206 Kingsbury Circle and entering upon the land of an individual at a location where the owner said the entry was forbidden.

Each incident occurred on April 13, 2018.

A Houston County grand jury returned one indictment on Scott Geldreich Tuesday, July 24, 2018.

The State of Georgia and County of Houston accused Geldreich with aggravated stalking. Geldreich was charged with violating the condition of bond issued by a judge in the Houston County Magistrate Court on June 25, 2018 for unlawfully contacting a woman by sending her a message containing a nude picture of the accused without the consent of the victim, for the purpose of harassing and intimidating the victim.

The incident occurred on July 1, 2018.

A Houston County grand jury returned one indictment on Thekemia Williams Tuesday, July 24, 2018.

The State of Georgia and County of Houston accused Williams of interference with government property. Williams was charged with unlawfully damaging the cell door of a female holding cell, which is the property of Houston County Jail, by swinging it open and closing it several times.

The incident occurred on June 13, 2018.
