Surviving are Children, Winfred G. “Jerry” Phillips, Jr. of Hoschton, Lola Phillips Frost of Warner Robins, and David M. Phillips of Hoschton, Seven Grandchildren and Seven Great Grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 2:00 P. M. from the Bethabra Baptist Church with Dr. Austin L. Phillips and Rev. Landon Frymire officiating. The remains will be placed in state at the church at 1:00 P. M. Interment will be in the Hoschton City Cemetery. The Family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 P. M. at Carter Funeral Home.
