Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Perry United Methodist Church with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to be made to: Perry Middle School Athletic Department, Attn: Randy Mizell, 495 Perry Parkway, Perry, GA 31069, Friends of Perry Animal Shelter (FOPAS), 204 Kellwood Drive, Perry, GA 31069, or Perry United Methodist Church Building Fund, 1002 Carroll Street, Perry, GA 31069.

Neill was born in Warner Robins, Georgia on August 28, 1973 to W. Jerry and Barbara Rice Langston. He grew up in Perry, Georgia where he attended and graduated from the Westfield Schools. He went on to further his education at Georgia College and State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in History and Political Science. While at Georgia College, he played Rugby and was a member of the water-skiing team. Neill was also a member of the Kappa Alpha Fraternity at Georgia College and the Masons and was employed with Ellenton Ag.

Neill planted roots in Moultrie on the family farm where he was able enjoy every aspect of the outdoors with his three fur babies who were always by his side; Beau, Dan, and Lylee. He loved playing all different kinds of sports, he cherished the water, whether Neill was in a boat or behind it skiing; he loved using his hands in the dirt, whether he was working in the yard, or working with the pine trees on the farm, whatever Neill was doing, he had a contagious smile on his face, a laughter that’ll never be forgotten, and a spirit that was truly free. Neill sadly lost his father, W. Jerry Langston, two weeks ago on Saturday, April 21, 2018. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Eunice Rice and W.C. and Mary Lizzie Langston; a cousin, Laurie Majors; and three Fur Babies, Baley, Lucy, and Buddy.

Left to cherish all of the fond memories they shared with Neill are his loving and devoted mother, Barbara Rice Langston; his sister, Andrea Langston (Jeff Cox); uncles and aunts; Bob and Jackie Rice, Shirley Hester, Barbara Majors, and James Langston; numerous cousins; his nephew, Bryce Albritton (Alex); his niece, Emma Albritton (Joseph Dukes); step-nieces, Coley Cox (Kristy), and Jessica Cox; step-nephew, Brenton Cox (Jessica); great nephew, Renner Albritton; great niece, Meila Dukes; great step-nephew, Beau; and great step-niece, Adalyn Cox; and special friends, Rosa Sutton and family, John Schell and family, Martha Johnson and June Stubbs.
