Canine Center Remembers Judy Eyer
Champion Crossroads K-9 Center in Pine Mountain held a dock diving competition on June 13th in remembrance of Judy Eyer. Judy passed away this spring and was an ardent animal lover and supporter of the Humane Society of Harris County and the K-9 Center.
Champion Crossroads K-9 Center in Pine Mountain held a dock diving competition on June 13th in remembrance of Judy Eyer. Judy passed away this spring and was an ardent animal lover and supporter of the Humane Society of Harris County and the K-9 Center. She was also a beloved and faithful member of Christ The King Catholic Church in Pine Mountain. Assisting in the competition was Judy’s son, Josh, and husband, Mike.
There was a tremendous turnout to honor Judy’s memory. The person who traveled the furthest distance was from Driggs, Idaho. The longest jump of the day was 24 feet eleven inches by Novalee, a German Shorthaired Pointer from Macon. Local dogs competing, all of whom sailed over 19 feet, included Rosie, Brady, Sally and Tucker.
