Warner Robins City Clerk Mandy Stella said a Truist Bank keyholder notified officers that no entry had been made into the building. But the bank wasn’t the only building struck by the Jeep.

“Shortly afterwards, officers were notified of similar damage to the North Tower entry doors at Emory [Healthcare Warner Robins],” Stella said.

Law enforcement began reviewing FLOCK camera systems and quickly identified the vehicle, assisted by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office. The Jeep was found at a gas station in Perry, where the driver, Eric Andrew Young, 40, was taken into custody.

“FLOCK cameras played a key role in locating the vehicle and the offender,” Stella said.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Young was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal damage to property.
