Man found deceased in swimming pool over the weekend
A 27-year-old man drowned in a swimming pool Sunday afternoon at approximately 3:45 p.m., according to Houston County Coroner James Williams.
ELKO – A 27-year-old man drowned in a swimming pool Sunday afternoon at approximately 3:45 p.m, according to Houston County Coroner James Williams.
The incident occurred in the 2400 block of Elko Road, where first responders pulled the victim from the pool. He was then transported to Houston Healthcare in Perry and pronounced dead shortly after arriving.
Williams said there is no further information available at this time.
