Community donates to HCSO
Several local businesses during the pandemic of COVID-19 have made donations to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office. Captain Ronnie Harlowe, commander of the patrol division, expressed appreciation on behalf of the office.
“We want to make sure everyone knows that we greatly appreciate their support and that we will continue to provide the best service possible to the citizens of Houston County,” Harlowe stated.
Harlowe said a host of different people in the county has brought food in for deputies, and several businesses have donated supplies. Those businesses include:
• Sanitizer from Steve Davison, Founder/CEO of Odo Ban
• Disinfecting wipes from Chris Froian with Advance Ultrasound Solutions INC. (Ohio)
• Disinfecting spray from Rick Johnson with Southern Products and Services in Forsyth County Ga.
• Food and disinfecting wipes from Mary Kryk with Premier Staffing Unlimited Inc.
“Again we can thank everyone enough for their support,” Harlowe said. “We ask that everyone continue to follow the recommendations from the health care professions regarding the COVID-19 virus, and we will get through this.”
