The Warner Robins Demons remained undefeated (8-0) following a 34-8 win over visiting Harris County on Friday night. The Demons would only need 10 second half points after going ahead 24-0 at halftime. The offense- explosive all season long- took advantage of all of their weapons scoring touchdowns via the pass and the run during the first quarter and then on another pass and a Eli Mashburn 30-yard field goal just before halftime.

In the first quarter Demons senior quarterback Dylan Fromm threw a pass to senior receiver Julius Cobbs that went for 30 yards and set the Demons up on the Harris County five yard line. Senior running back Jarius Burnett would ramble into the end zone to give Warner Robins a 7-0 lead following yet another successful Eli Mashburn extra point. Mashburn would not be needed for another game-winning kick on this night, though he would go 2-2 on field goals. Mashburn, a senior, would make one during the second quarter and another during the fourth.

The Demons would be up 14-0 minutes later when Fromm would get his first of two touchdown passes on a 17-yard connection with junior Jadakiss MIller with 40 seconds remaining in the first quarter. The Demons defense had yet to give up a first down to the the Tigers.

Warner Robins would put together a textbook drive en route to a 21-0 lead when Fromm connected with two receivers; juniors Juwight Hutchinson and Jaeven West, both for first downs, before Fromm would find West again, this time on a seven-yard screen.

Harris County (3-4 overall) wouldn’t score their first points of the game until the 2:42 mark of the fourth quarter.

The Demons have two games remaining in the regular season, both in region play. Following a week off, Warner Robins will play at Veterans High School and will close the regualr season against Bainbridge on Nov. 3.
