WRPD to release information on officer involved shooting

The Warner Robins Police Department has received the final decision from the Houston County District Attorney’s Office regarding the officer involved shooting of Anthony Rawls on March 10.
 
Police Chief Brett Evans is talking with the officers who were involved to discuss the decision and explain what actions will be taken next.
 

The department should be releasing the information from the District Attorney’s Office tomorrow afternoon. Further information from the GBI will not be released until the report is complete.
