Miss Warner Robins Middle School Crowned
Warner Robins Middle School
held its annual Miss Warner Robins Middle School pageant in February. Emily
Rowland, a sixth grader, won the crown. As Miss WRMS, Emily will assist at
school events by throwing the first pitch at the first baseball game, hosting
Fifth Grade Day, greeting incoming students and helping with morning
announcements.
opened the pageant with the contestants performing Kesha’s “Blow.” Dressed in
orange, black and white to show their school spirit, the contestants competed
in the “Rockin’ Warriors” casual wear competition and an on-stage introduction.
The girls also donned evening gowns and answered an on-stage question. Eight
girls also competed in the talent portion of the pageant.
Mary-Preston Bagwell, application and Miss WRMS Spirit awards; Stella Mills,
first runner-up in talent; Cayley Blanton, talent winner; Billie Simmons, first
runner-up photogenic; Carrington Lee, photogenic, interview and first runner-up
casual wear winner; Cassidy Banks, casual wear; Emily Rowland, first runner-up
evening gown and first runner-up application; Sydney Sandoval, evening gown;
and Alexis Harrell, first runner-up interview.
Assisting with the crowning was Principal, Brett Wallace. This was the eighth
year Warner Robins Middle School Honors’ Department hosted their pageant. All
proceeds were raised for this department.
