Manifold new Chamber Diplomat of the Quarter

For four quarters in 2012, the Perry Area Chamber of Commerce recognized Glenn Anderson with David Ragan Ford as Diplomat of the Quarter. For the first time in over a year, another Perry Diplomat has taken the honor.

Beth Manifold, an independent beauty consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics, was presented the award at the quarterly Diplomat luncheon by none other than her predecessor.

Manifold moved to Middle Georgia with her husband who is stationed a Robins Air Force Base and has been a Perry Diplomat for almost a year. The Diplomat of the Quarter Award is given to the member who has stood out in their diplomatic service to the chamber. Since joining the Perry Diplomats, Manifold had been a big part of the team.

The mission of the Perry Diplomat program is to increase the retention rate of new and existing members by communicating with members to reinforce the benefits of Chamber membership. The diplomats work to increase member knowledge about programs and services, as well as increase membership involvement and support of the Chamber Business Plan, and keep the channels of communications open between the membership and the Chamber’s board of directors.
