WRLT presents: Honeymoon at Graveside Manor
Spending one’s honeymoon in a manor does not seem like such
a bad plan, until you find out the manor is haunted.
That’s exactly what happens to Marian Thorncraft, played by
Connie Sheridan, when she and her new husband Tyler, played by Ben Daniels, who
is a writer, enter the manor.
“Once they get to the manor, all kinds of things go wrong,”
said Jerry Reppert, the director of Honeymoon at Graveside Manor, which is
being presented by the Warner Robins Little Theatre.
The two soon learn the nickname of the manor to be the
Graveside Manor from an unintentionally hilarious maid, played by Katie
Manning, after Tyler’s editor gets a scare and has to be brought into the
house.
Then three teenagers enter the manor in hopes of creating a
prank for Halloween.
But all that happens after an escaped lunatic, who is being
sought by cop, has placed a large box of TNT in the manor.
To top it all off there is a female ghost who is out for revenge.
“I have a good cast,” stated Reppert, who explained that
three cast members have never been on stage before.
The cast includes Erin Simaschko as Durward, Bob Smith as
Officer Blair, Gracie Davis as Suzanne, Pam Davis as Ghost, Connie Sheridan as
Marian, Ben Daniels as Tyler, Michael Castle as Myran, Annie Sinatra as Judy,
Karen Harkins as Madge, Katie Manning as Sophie and Pam Williams as an
understudy.
The show dates for Honeymoon at Graveside Manor are Feb. 15,
16, 21, 22, 23, 24, 28, March 1 and 2. On Feb. 24, the show starts at 2:30, all
other days the play starts at 8.
