The Warner Robins Fire Department was dispatched to 427 Sarah Drive Friday night in reference to a structure fire.

Assistant Chief Scott Renfroe said when firefighters arrived on scene they found the roof fully involved with flames. The occupants were home at the time, and Renfroe said they were able to get out safely with no injuries. The occupants’ pets had to be rescued.

Renfroe said it looks to have started in the attic. Two people were taken to the hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation.

On Tuesday morning the cause has been ruled undetermined. Deputy Fire Chief Bobby Wood said investigators will continue to review the evidence, but at this time it will remain undetermined. Wood also said they do not believe this was arson.
