Robins Federal Credit Union held fundraisers in branches across the mid-state in order to raise funds for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.

Robins Federal Credit Union branches in Houston County created teams, raised funds, and participated in their county’s Relay for Life events. More than 50 employees participated in Houston County’s events, which were held at the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry where team Robins Federal was able to present at check for $25,597.88.

Robins Federal branches hosted cookouts and breakfasts; sold candy bars and held other fundraisers in the months leading up to the Relay for Life events in each county. Funds raised will be used to fight cancer through research, education, patient services, advocacy and rehabilitation.
