What really happened on January 6?

Trust starts with truth and ends with truth. Our government has given us no reason to trust them. They repeatedly concoct elaborate lies for the purpose of deception. Nowhere is this more evident than with what occurred in Washington D.C. on January 6 2021. The situation that unfolded at the Capital should have never happened, but it did, and it was a national embarrassment.

This morning, I read an article published in the Los Angeles Times entitled, “Why McCarthy and McConnell want you to forget about January 6.” I have never read a more ostentatious piece of yellow journalism. It speaks of nothing of any substance—simply what House and Senate GOP leaders, Kevin McCarthy and Mitch McConnell, said immediately after January 6 and compares it to what they are saying now. None of the articles published by the mainstream media reflect the political truth of what happened that day.

In President Trump’s speech earlier in the day on January 6 to a crowd of over 200,000, he said the following, “I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.” Nothing from that quote could possibly be construed as a call for a riot or insurrection. Not one word. Yet, President Trump was impeached the following week for fomenting the so-called insurrection. The following day, the New York Times printed the following headline about Capitol police officer, Brian Sicknick, “He dreamed of being a police officer, then was killed by a pro-Trump mob.” The Times also publish a piece on January 7 claiming that Officer Sicknick had been hit in the head by a fire extinguisher by the Capitol mob. The District of Columbia medical examiner recently confirmed that Officer Sicknick suffered no external injuries and had simply died of natural causes from two strokes. How many times do we have to say it? The mainstream media cannot be trusted.

I have seen several video clips from that day showing the Capitol police waving the demonstrators into the Capital building. Think about that for a moment. Why would they wave them into the Capitol building? There is another recently-released video clip that shows a group of protestors being told by Capitol police that they can remain in the building as long as they remain peaceful. These are legitimate clips whose authenticity cannot be denied. What is the only logical conclusion one can make from these actions? The Capitol olice were part of the scheme to set-up these people. And set them up, they did.

FBI Director Christopher Wray recently testified to Congress that not one person that walked into the Capitol building on January 6 was found to be armed. The only armed people were the Capitol police. One of them shot protestor and Air Force veteran, Ashley Babbitt, in the neck and murdered her. Not one person has been charged for this crime. Why has no one been identified and charged for this murder? How did an insurrection, riot, or sedition occur in a location where the so-called rioters had no weapons?

Are you aware that over 494 arrests have been made of people who entered the Capitol building that day? None of them have been charged with insurrection or sedition. Most have been charged with trespassing. The FBI claims that they continue to look for at least 100 more people to charge for crimes committed on January 6. But here is the real shocker: almost 100 percent of those arrested continue to be held in solitary confinement in Washington D.C. jails. Some have not even been charged with a crime. One person, Ryan Samsel, who was charged with assaulting a police officer on January 6, was beaten (to a bloody pulp as described by his attorney) by two guards, breaking his nose and dislocating his jaw. All of these people are in pretrial detention, and none of them have been convicted of any crimes. They are being locked-down for 23 hours per day. Their attorneys are not being allowed to discuss with them, in any detail, the crimes that they are being (or not being) charged with.

The manufactured deception of this story is reaching epic proportions. Now the Capitol is surrounded by National Guard troops indefinitely. The Democrats are sending a message to their political opponents: don’t you dare oppose us or you will pay the price. This week, the House passed a bill that would form a commission to investigate what occurred on January 6. They have a strong desire to get more mileage out of this for the 2022 Congressional elections.

When are the spineless Republicans going to step up to the plate and demand that those arrested receive equal protection under the law? How many Antifa and BLM protestors and rioters arrested during the past year remain in jail, much less solitary confinement? This is absolutely a national outrage and every red-blooded American should demand equal protection and justice for all. There’s an old saying that goes, “I’m not upset that you lied to me, I’m upset that from now on, I can’t believe you.” We can no longer trust those who represent us in Washington D.C. You can’t trust the mainstream media. There is no one left to trust, except our Creator.
