WARNER ROBINS, Ga — The Veterans Lady Warhawks (3-1-3) defeated the Northside Lady Eagles (1-3-1) 9-0 on Wednesday night on Freedom Field..

Senior Kamryn McCauley scored the first goal of the game seven minutes in, and she assisted on the next one as she got a through ball to senior Lily Maddox who made it 2-0 Veterans.

The Lady Warhawks offense was ruthless as they created more and more opportunities to score.

With 18 minutes left in the first half, sophomore Emily Smith was able to get another shot off, but it was deflected.

Not two minutes later, sophomore Keziah Thompson got a shot off and put the Lady Warhawks up 3-0.

It was now Northside’s turn to be on the offense as they drove the ball up and were awarded the free kick after a Warhawks foul, but it was no good.

The Lady Warhawks were quick to retaliate when Smith got her goal with 10 minutes left in the first half to make it 4-0.

Seven minutes later, McCauley scored another goal off of a corner kick.

The first half closed with a score of 5-0, Veterans’ victory was in sight.

The Lady Warhawks added four more goals in the second half, taking down the Lady Eagles 9-0.
