Victoria Oree Queen Hunnicutt
Victoria Oree Queen Hunnicutt May 5, 1936 – June 3, 2017 Mrs. Hunnicutt lived in Bolingbroke. A memorial to celebrate her life will be held at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 7015 Rivoli Road (Bolingbroke) on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Andy Oxford will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Pine Pointe Hospice 6261 Peake Road in Macon.
Mrs. Hunnicutt was a graduate of the University of Georgia and held a Masters Degree in Education. She was a lifelong educator and retired in 1998. She was born in Vienna, GA and was the daughter of the late Robert and Vick Sanders. Left to cherish her memory are her husband William (Bill) Hunnicutt, her sons Robi and Jay Queen of Perry and her daughter Vicki Smith (Bobby Lee) of Bolingbroke. She had 4 granddaughters and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Kirk Queen.
