Two teens arrested and charged for shooting
Perry Police officers responded to a shooting, last Thursday, at 106 Smith Drive, which is the Smith Height Apartments.
Captain Heath Dykes said it happened around 5:30 p.m. where there were approximately five shots fired at several people outside and inside the apartment. No one was hit. Dykes said the suspects then fled in a black Dodge Charger.
Through the investigation and testimonies of witnesses the suspects were later identified and warrants were sought for their arrests. On Monday morning and afternoon, Perry Police arrested Thomas Parrish, 18, and Tyren Mobley, 19. Both were charged with five counts of aggravated assault and are currently being held at the Houston County Detention Center.
Anyone with additional information about this case is asked to contact Detective Jason Jones at 478-988-2824.
