Two arrested on robbery and assault on Wall Street
Early Sunday morning officers of the Warner Robins Police Department responded to a male who sustained a gunshot wound on 125 Wall Street, Lot 1. The reported incident occurred at 3:48 a.m. and involved 19-year-old, Marco Roldan-Perez, who was shot in the arm during a robbery attempt at Lot 24.
Perez informed police that he was engaged in a fight while holding a beer bottle as he tried to defend friends from being robbed. It was reported that a white female shot Perez in a robbery attempt and two other males were also said to be involved in the failed robbery attempt. Perez is currently listed in stable condition at Navicent Hospital in Macon.
On early Monday morning, Warner Robins Police arrested both Tashia Leanne Gomez and George Wesley Albert on Miller Drive for the aggravated assault incident that took place Sunday. Gomez and Albert are each being charged with Home Invasion, Armed Robbery and Aggravated Assault. Both are being held at the Houston County Detention Center in Perry.
