Traffic stop results in 10 charges
A Warner Robins man was arrested Saturday night following a traffic stop conducted by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputy Michael Dixson initiated the stop as Dan Gunn III was weaving in and out, failing to maintain within the lane Gunn was driving in. The taillights of Gunn’s vehicle were out as well.
Other details of the stop were not readily available Tuesday morning as Lieutenant Brian Blanton said the incident is currently under investigation.
Gunn remains in custody at the Houston County Detention Center and is charged with the following:
•Fleeing or attempting to elude
•Two counts of tampering with evidence
•Weaving/failure to maintain lane
•Possession with intent to distribute schedule I-II drugs
•Drugs to be kept in original container
•Possession with intent to distribute and sell dangerous drugs
•Abandoning a controlled substance
•Littering on highway
•Taillights required on vehicle
