HOUSTON COUNTY, Ga. – Simply Ordered Solutions will offer three free workshops this week in all Houston County libraries to help the community with their time management.

The first workshop will be held this Thursday, Sept.14 at the Nola Brantley Public Library from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. The next workshop will be held the following day at the Centerville Public Library from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and finally on Saturday, Sept. 16 the workshop will be held at the Perry Library from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Simply Ordered Solutions is a professional organizing and wellness firm. According to the workshop’s presenter, professional organizer and productivity consultant Darra McClendon, the firm offers professional organizing services, such as helping people who are moving to a different home, helping de-clutter and simplifying their lives. McClendon said they have been in business for five years and have helped entrepreneurs and small business owners.

McClendon said the workshops will teach attendees how to de-clutter their schedules, since the reasons many are cluttered is because of time management.

“These workshops coming up is a good end to the summertime as we transition into the fall season to just kind of look at our schedule and just kind of do a time audit of sorts. This is a time management productivity workshop,” said McClendon.

She also added she will make sure to teach attendees how to make time for themselves and the things they care about.

“People who are interested might be busy moms or busy business owners, people who just need help trying to juggle all the things and figure out some good strategies to get it all,” said McClendon.

She said she has partnered with the Houston County Libraries because it is a great community resource, adding they have fully equipped meeting rooms where she can share her presentation and accommodate all who attend.

The workshops also give McClendon the opportunity to let the community know about the firm and expand their knowledge of how to increase their productivity.

“What I’m doing in this workshop is exactly what I could do with somebody one on one who was just stressed and overwhelmed and couldn’t figure out how to get stuff done. It’s going to be really interactive, and I hope the people will be encouraged and empowered and kind of have a plan moving forward in terms of their time,” said McClendon.

McClendon said she offers three “help me” calls for people who have any questions or want to learn more about her services or book a consultation. She also encourages people who are interested to visit her website https://simplyorderedsolutions.com.
