RFCU names Manager of the Year and Employee of the Year

Each

year, Robins Federal Credit Union selects two employees that represent the best

of the best in two categories – Manager of the Year and Employee of the Year.

Employees are selected by management based on their outstanding work

performance and written recommendations from their peers. In addition, Robins

Federal management selects a branch of the year based solely on performance.  

The winners chosen for 2012 are as follows:

Ashley Minshew, Mortgage Department

Minshew has been chosen as the

2012 Manager of the Year. Under her leadership, the Mortgage Department

exceeded in every major measurable level of performance. In addition, Minshew

has developed her staff for success.

Christol Clymer, Marketing

Department – Clymer is the Marketing Promotions Coordinator at Robins Federal

Credit Union. She has been chosen as the 2012 Employee of the Year. Clymer was

selected based on her exemplary performance, great personality when dealing

with employees and vendors, and her eager attitude to get the job done.

Forsyth Branch, The Forsyth Branch

led by manager, Jody White, has been chosen as the 2012 Branch of the Year. The

branch continuously exceeded its new account and loan goals throughout the

year, while providing excellent member service.
