Q: Is it too early to spray my lawn for weeds?

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

A: You can spray herbicide on your lawn now (early March) to kill the existing winter weeds (henbit, burweed, chickweed, etc.). The spring/summer weeds will not germinate for several more weeks and will need to be sprayed as well.
