PHOTOS: Culture celebrated during fifth annual Perry International Festival

Culture was thriving in downtown Perry during its 5th annual International Festival on Saturday, March 7. The award-winning event once again brought together people from different backgrounds to enjoy food, support local vendors and watch stellar performances.
