Perry Junior League season is underway
On Saturday, the Perry Junior League (PJL) hosted their opening ceremonies to lead off the 2020 season for baseball and softball.
Coaches, players, and sponsors from all teams came out to represent their team and show their excitement for the season.
Perry Junior League President, Christy Bridges, addressed the crowd of kids, coaches, and family members about the season and more.
Following the ceremonies, the PJL season started and teams got ready to play their first games of the season.
Regular season play runs from now to the end of May.
