MSgt Johnny L. James, USAF (Ret)
Johnny was born on February 20, 1941 in Hayti, Missouri. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era and retired with the rank of Master Sergeant. In his spare time, Johnny loved playing darts, airplanes, and mechanics. He loved piddling and could fix anything. A devoted family man, Johnny was a full-time grandpa and loved his grandkids more than anything. His parents, Milton Clyde and Lucy Hollingshed James; and siblings, Milton C. James, Jr., Ruby Hood, Ann Carlene Rettig, David James, and Barbara Robinson preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, JoAnn James, Bonaire; children, Melinda Misiewicz (Joe), Warner Robins; Donna James (Clay Walker), Bonaire; and John L. James, Jr. (Heather), Perry; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and interment will be private.
