Mary Jane Davis
Warner Robins – Mary Davis, 74, entered into rest on Saturday, June 15, 2013.
Mrs. Davis was born on February 12, 1939 in Butler, Georgia. She was a member of Turners Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. For many years, she was a nurse at the Montgomery Hospital in Butler, Georgia. Her husband, Calvin Gray Posey, former sheriff’s deputy in Butler, Georgia; parents, Bartow and Beulah Amerson; sister, Hazel Wainwright; brother, Tom Posey and son-in-law, Thomas Robertson preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her daughter, Darlene Posey Robertson (Bruce Engel), Kathleen; sister, Beulah Horne (Charles), Butler; grandchildren, Brittany Allen, Stockbridge and Zachary Allen, Kathleen and husband, James “Jake” Davis.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2013 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Turners Chapel Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.
