The Houston County District Attorney’s office indicted a Macon man Tuesday for assaulting a woman with a PlayStation 3 game console.

According to the indictment, 36-year-old Jerod Henderson did in January use the console to strike a woman in the head and caused her bodily harm.

Henderson was indicted on one count of aggravated assault.

24-year-old Justin Bonner of Perry was indicted for entering multiple automobiles in September. According to the indictment, on or around Sunday, Sept. 7, Bonner entered seven automobiles with the intent to commit theft. Bonner received an indictment for each theft attempt.

A man with addresses in both Kathleen and Warner Robins was indicted for false imprisonment, aggravated assault and obstruction of an officer. Joseph Mazza, 52, is alleged to have falsely imprisoned a woman by binding her wrists and ankles with duct tape. Mazza is said to have assaulted the woman by binding her mouth with duct tape and holding her nostrils closed, restricting her breathing.

The indictment states that when a Warner Robins police officer attempted to make contact with the victim, Mazza tried to close the door to prevent that from happening, resulting in an obstruction charge.
