Lady Warhawks’ magic season ends at the hands of Lady Jackets
The Veterans High School Lady Warhawk Softball team finished their season on Tuesday evening, as they lost a double header to the Calhoun Lady Yellow Jackets. The first game the Lady Warhawks lost 8-0. Game two looked better, and the Lady Warhawks did score a run, but despite their efforts, they could not keep up with the Lady Yellow Jackets. The Veterans High School Lady Warhawks softball team finished 19-7, (7-1) on the season. The Lady Warhawks were 8-2 at home, 2-3 at neutral sites and 9-2 on the road.
The Lady Warhawks’ final softball stats were not uploaded to MaxPreps before HHJ press deadline on Tuesday morning.
