Johnson Named Employee of the Month
Robins Regional Chamber’s Small Business of the Month Committee presented Susan
Johnson, Staffing Coordinator for Qualified Staffing, with the Outstanding Employee
Award for February 2013. The award presentation is sponsored by Spherion
Staffing Services of Middle Georgia.
Susan has been with Qualified Staffing for 16 years and has worked in several
capacities in both Macon and Warner Robins.
“When I recently relocated to Warner Robins, in search of employment, Susan was
super nice,” said Derrick Cordy. “And although she did not have anything
available at first she followed up frequently to help me throughout the
process.”
Cordy says that Johnson contacted him with great opportunities and more
importantly maintained a really supportive attitude during a potentially
difficult time.
“I have nothing but complementary things to say about Susan,” he added. “Her
professionalism, kindness and commitment to helping middle Georgians reach
their goals of obtaining employment are exemplary. She truly deserves to
be recognized for all that she does and I cannot think of a better person to
receive the Outstanding Employee Award.”
Bruce Hullett, Operations Manager for Qualified Staffing echoed Cordy’s words
and added that Susan is great when it comes to customer service and she makes
their clients feel very comfortable and in good hands.
“She’s also a motherly figure,” added Christina Elmore, a fellow coworker of Susan’s.
“She is a nurturer and our clients really trust her judgment.”
