Jeep lands in ditch following accident on I75

First responders arrived on the scene of a vehicle accident that occurred Monday afternoon on Interstate 75 southbound at exit 135 in Perry. According to Perry Fire Department’s report, the accident involved a white pick up truck and a silver Jeep Wrangler.

The report states that when the department arrived to the scene, the truck was on the median side, and the Wrangler was in a ditch. There was minimal damage to the truck, though the Jeep had heavy damage to the rear driver’s side corner and quarter panel. According to the department, a male from the Jeep requested medical assistance and was transported to the Perry Hospital.
