Houston girls, Perry boys win first region soccer matches
County by a score of 10-0 at home Tuesday.
The Lady Bears were led in scoring by Jessica Do, Lizzy
Upchurch, Kaylee Bromell and Jasmine Johnson, each scoring two goals. Brittany
Greene and Lainey Choiniere added the remaining two goals. Brooke Neville and
Kiara Griffin combined in goal for the shutout.
The Perry High boys beat Rutland High Tuesday at home 5-0.
Daniel Ward scored two goals. Colton Armistead, Micah Lehenbauer and Tay Owens
each had a goal.
