Houston County boys golf at Perry Country Club

Veterans High School won the 2013 boys county golf championship held Tuesday at the Perry Country Club. The Warhawks dominated play with a score of 310. The competition for secod place went to Northside High, the Eagles finishing five shots ahead of both Perry and Houston County.

Low medalist tournament was Colburn Spears with an 18-hole score of even par, 71. Austin Millwod of Veterans, who made a hole-in-one at Uchee Trail Golf Course in Cochran on April 9. The ace was made on a 210-yard par 3 with hit a four iron.
