Hornets host first home game against undefeated Terrell
The Westfield Hornets have waited a month for the home opener, now it’s here.
Westfield (2-1) will take on undefeated Terrell Academy (5-0) after being on a bye last week. Terrell played winless Brookwood last Friday and won 56-47.
Westfield’s last win was a 28-14 victory over Southland Academy. Terrell also has a win over Southland (27-0 in season opener) and also defeated Gatewood 27-10 earlier this month.
This should be a good test to gauge where the Hornets are at this point in the season. The game is at Westfield on Friday, Oct. 1 at 7:30 p.m.
