Hood ~ Emerson

Mr. & Mrs. R. Scott Hood of Charleston, SC announce the

engagement of their daughter Jennifer Scott Hood to Dr. Ryan Dell Emerson, son

of Mr. & Mrs. Dell  R. Emerson of  Perry, GA.

The bride if the granddaughter of the late Dr. & Mrs. Alfred F. Henderson

of Palm Beach, FL, Mr. & Mrs. Fred H. Smith of Charleston, and the late

James A. Hood.

Jennie is a graduate of Winthrop University and is a Realtor with Carolina One

Real Estate Co. in Charleston.

The Groom is the grandson of the late Mr. & Mrs. Kenneth

R. Emerson of Columbus, GA, Mrs. Corrine M. Kusy of Holiday, FL, the late Mr.

Theodore J. Kusy, and Mr. & Mrs. Gerald Collette of Worcester, MA.

Ryan is a graduate of Perry High School, The University of GA, and The Medical

College of GA School of Dentistry. He is a Dentist with North Rivers Dental

Associates in North Charleston.

The wedding is planned for February 23, 2013 at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church

in Charleston.
