Harvey “Warren” Carter
Harvey “Warren” Carter, 73, of Byron, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.
Mr. Carter was born on April 5, 1949, to Harvey and Jeannette Carter. He was a native of Macon. Warren was preceded in death by his father, Harvey.
Survivors include his mother, Jeannette Carter; son & daughter-in-law, Jason and Sharon Carter; daughter & son-in-law, Melissa and Abraham Baez; sister and brother-in-law, Sharron and Vic Funck; brother and sister-in-law, Kenny and Karen Carter. Also surviving are grandchildren Averi, Matthew, Zane, Elijah, Jackson, Daniel, John, Sarah, Michael, Andrew, and Hannah; nephews Kenneth Carter and Bryan Funck; nieces Tracy Funck, Lindsey Powell, and Jessie Connealy; numerous great-nieces and nephews also survive.
Warren traveled the country with the work he loved as a long-haul truck driver prior to his retirement. He was also a member of the Masons at Rutland Masonic Lodge 298 in Macon. Those who knew and met him were always greeted with a great story and playful banter.
Memorial services are incomplete and will be announced at a later time.
