Grand jury hands down 12 indictments
Among the 12 indictments that were handed down Tuesday by a Houston County grand jury were several charges on burglary.
Terjhan Byer of Perry, Brenda Gonzalez of Warner Robins and John Lamorris Smith of Centerville were indicted on burglary in the first degree for a crime on Dec. 1, 2015 at a residence on Griswold Drive. Smith was also indicted on possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
In another matter, for a crime on March 1, 2016, Arma Mack Harris Jr. of Bonaire was indicted on two counts of theft by receiving stolen property, two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana (less than an ounce) and possession of drug-related objects.
Also, for a crime on Jan. 29, 2016 involving a residence on Meadowridge Drive in Warner Robins, Cedric Demetrius Johnson Jr. of Warner Robins was indicted on charges of robbery by force and burglary in the first degree.
For a crime on Nov. 11, 2016 at a residence on North Highway 41, Bobby Joe Hayes of Warner Robins was indicted on charges of burglary in the second degree and criminal damage to property in the second degree. He was also indicted on burglary in the first degree for a crime on Oct. 26, 2016 at a residence on Brittwood Court.
For a crime on Oct. 20, 2016 involving a shed at Central Georgia Vietnamese Church on Radio Loop, Fredrick Bernard Faulkner of Warner Robins was indicted on burglary in the second degree.
