GHSA State Title Games: Who’s playing who and where in Atlanta Friday and Saturday

The Georgia High School Association state championship games will take place at Georgia State Stadium (the former Turner Field) in Atlanta Friday and Saurday. The Waner Robins Demons are back in the AAAAA title game for a third consecutive time and will face the Buford Wolves, who defeated Jones Conty in their semifinal game.

Here are the dates and times for each of the GHSA state title games in case folks want to get downtown early to watch the Dublin Fighting Irish, Harrison Hoyas or Marietta Blue Devils along with the hometown Demons, of course.

Friday, Dec. 13

Class A-Private:

Weslyan vs. Eagle’s Landing Christian Academy, 10 a.m.

Class AA:

Brooks County vs. Dublin, 1 p.m.

Class AAAAA:

Buford vs. Warner Robins, 4;30 p.m.

Class AAAAAA:

Allatoona vs. Harrison, 8 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 14

Class A-Public:

Irwin County vs. Marion County, 1 p.m.

Class AAAA:

Blessed Trinity vs. Oconee County, 4:30 p.m.

Class AAAAAAA:

Lowndes vs. Marietta, 8 p.m.
