On Jan. 10, the Warner

Robins Heritage-Convention & Visitors Bureau was awarded $5,000 in grant

funds from the Flint Energies Foundation. The Warner Robins Heritage’s mission

is to “Anchor the Future to Honor the Past.” It is important to preserve and

collect oral histories of Houston County natives. In order to have continued

success, there is much need for equipment to assist with this collection. The

grant will be used to assist with purchasing equipment needed to complete the project’s

exhibits.
