Churches and cops meet for pancake breakfast as part of Faith and Blue Weekend
On Thursday, Oct. 5, members of the Perry United Methodist Church, Perry Ministerial Association, Perry Police Department and Georgia State Patrol gathered at the Perry United Methodist Church Family Life Center for a pancake breakfast, part of National Faith and Blue Weekend. The weekend is a collaborative effort between faith leaders and law enforcement meant to break biases and build community.
