As the new golf season starts, what are a few things that I can do to make this year more fun, and more enjoyable than the previous year?
A: There are
numerous ways to help make this golf season better than the last. Here are a
few examples. 1) Spruce up your wardrobe. Purchasing new golf attire,
especially in today’s market with great deals on both shirts and shorts, can
inspire a vibrant and confident presence on the course. 2) Spring Clean your golf clubs!
Cleaning your golf clubs before each use only takes 10 minutes. A clean set of
clubs can help build confidence and produce better shots. 2) If you’re wanting to improve your
game this year and cleaning your clubs doesn’t turn you into the next Tiger
Woods, consider taking some lessons. You can call a local PGA Professional and
schedule a few lessons throughout the season. A good teacher will help you lower your scores, which always
makes the game more fun! 3)
Sign-up to play in a local golf tournament. Whether it is a charity event or
the Macon Middle Georgia Golf Championship, tournament golf allows you to test
your skills against your peers, plus it allows you to meet new people. These are just a few tips to help
make 2013 your best golf season yet. For more tips, you can contact Nate at 478-477-6765 or by email at NateWickline@Brickyardgolf.com.
